Our spring proposal season started early this year! It’s been the typical NC shuffle when it comes to the weather this year. Spring, winter, spring, winter, I’ll be honest I lost track of things after the dreaded third winter (IYKYK). Thankfully things cleared up just enough in terms of the wet and cold for Waleed and Sara’s proposal at the always popular Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC! It was a memorable one for a few reasons but mainly because how sweet these two were! From Sara’s surprised reaction when Waleed hit one knee, to their undeniable chemistry on camera. These two absolutely crushed their engagement! Bonus due to the overcast weather, we think it scared most visitors away because we planned to get there right as they opened to avoid the crowds and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. For anyone whose visited The Biltmore, you know this can be a rarity. After starting our morning on a high note with Sara saying yes, and then laughing our way across the Biltmore with these lovebirds, the session also ended on a unique high note. While we were hanging out in the conservatory grabbing a few shots, Waleed and I got on the subject of vehicles once I saw his keys. Turns out we were all big car people and we ended up doing a swap my ride at the end of the session probably spending another 20-30 minutes talking shop and speeding around the parking lot (lol). As you can see, this was a super fun one for a multitude of reasons and one we won’t soon forget!
Big congrats to Waleed and Sara on their engagement and as always, thank you all for following along!

Just like this proposal captures a special milestone, strong schools help shape important chapters in our kids’ lives.
