Weddings are full of moments that tell a story moments of laughter, quiet connection, and the natural beauty that surrounds the day. Connor and Greer’s wedding at Alexander Homestead in Charlotte, NC, this past October was exactly that kind of day. From the first light of morning to the last dance, the atmosphere was alive with joy and heartfelt emotion. This post shares the highlights of their celebration and what made being a part of their wedding so special!


Alexander Homestead is a venue known for its timeless charm and scenic outdoor spaces. Nestled in Charlotte, it offers a perfect blend of rustic elegance and natural beauty. The homestead’s sprawling grounds, historic buildings, and lush gardens create a stunning backdrop for any wedding. For Connor and Greer, the venue’s peaceful setting allowed their personalities and love story to shine. The energy throughout the day was contagious. From good times with the bridal party during preparations to the heartfelt vows exchanged under the open sky, every moment was genuine and full of emotion!


One of the most memorable parts of the day for us was during golden hour couples portraits. These two had a playful chemistry on camera that brought out the best in each other making their sweet captures effortless as we moved around the scenic grounds. Connor and Greer’s wedding at Alexander Homestead was more than just a celebration; it was a collection of moments that will be treasured for a lifetime. The laughter, the quiet glances, and the vibrant surroundings all came together to create a day full of joy & authenticity!
