If you’re already thinking these cuties look very familiar, then you probably saw their engagement photos at The NC Arboretum. (If you didn’t definitely check it out here on the blog) In our second year in a row of looking at around 100+ weddings & elopements, this was easily one of our favorites! Jess and Eugene celebrated their wedding day at one of the most unique Asheville wedding venues, Highland Brewing Company! Besides becoming one of our favorite wedding venues over the past few years, it’s definitely one of our top 3 favorite breweries in Asheville (The Gaelic Ale & Cold Mountain all the way)! Combine amazing craft beer, a close proximity to Asheville, and the mountain views on their rooftop deck, and it’s easy to see why more and more couples are choosing to say I do at Highland Brewing Co!
Much like their beautiful engagement session, these lovebirds picked up right where they left off! Easily our favorite part of Jess and Eugene’s wedding day was their first look and couples photos after. Their genuine and playful chemistry on camera was on full display throughout the day. Jess’s smile was so contagious and she literally radiated joy wherever she went! Due to the weather they did make the call to switch their wedding to indoors, which for a lot of couples can definitely be a bummer but the cool industrial-chic interior of Highland’s event space is anything but a let down. As they celebrated throughout the reception with family, friends, and a lot of laughs, we were soon made aware of the fact that as good as Jess and Eugene are on camera, they may be even better on the dance floor! These two rocked it into the night and of course, lived happily ever after ;) As always, we hope you enjoy following along!
