What do 20 degree mornings, parking tickets, and downtown romance all have in common? Isabella and Brandon’s engagement session of course! We were excited to finally meet these two but we were also excited about their engagement location! With so many of our couples traveling to the Asheville area from across the country, we usually end up heading somewhere in the beautiful blue ridge mountains that our area is known for. It seems like once or twice a year we have one couple that decides to switch it up for us and trade our epic landscapes for cityscapes. We love the variety because there’s just certain elements of wedding and engagement photography in a downtown setting that allow us to approach things differently and enjoy a different vibe. Isabella and Brandon fully embraced that vibe and they rocked their engagement sesh! What we loved most about their session was their connection when they would smile at each other. As you can imagine, we get to see a lot of smiles throughout the year, but the way these two would light up when they locked eyes was was truly heartwarming. It was a pleasant reminder of why we love what we do and why the 20 degree mornings and parking tickets are always worth it.
